Windows Vista acessando Samba

Como configurar o Windows Vista para acessar compartilhamentos do Linux via Samba

Iniciar -> Executar -> Digite: secpol.msc
Diretivas Locais -> Opções de Segurança -> Segurança de Rede: Nível de autenticação Lan manager
Altere para: “Enviar LM e NTLM - use a segurança da seção NTLMv2 se estiver negociada”

Ou pelo REGEDIT em:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa]
"LmCompatibilityLevel"=1

Run secpol.msc
Go to: Local Policies > Security Options
Find “Network Security: LAN Manager authentication level”
Change Setting to “Send LM & NTLM - use NTLMv2 session security if negotiated”

You can edit the registry instead. Just change the value:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa]
"LmCompatibilityLevel"=1
